National Egg Engineering Research Center

National Egg Engineering Research Center (hereinafter, “Center”) was officially established at DQY Ecological in November 2009 with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology, becoming a model state-level laboratory established at companies.
A scientific research team comprising over 20 professors and 8 doctors covers food nutrition, food safety evaluation, healthy food research and development and other directions. The lab has food nutrition, cellular biology, biochemistry, immunology and other scientific research platforms.
After its establishment, the Center has made many breakthroughs in industry standard setting, egg product development, biological monitoring and industrialized application of innovative technologies by relying upon its powerful scientific research and equipment capabilities, thus effectively driving industry upgrading and ultimately raising the quality and safety levels of egg products in China.
Currently, the Center has formed cooperation and interaction with top-notched institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and China Agricultural University. In the future, it will strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and become a central hub ranging from cutting-edge scientific research to industrialized application.
