    The first company to establish egg brands

    DQY Ecological ended the thousands-year-old history of Chinese eggs “without brands, production dates or farm traceability”, and promoted and participated in formulation of China’s first packaged egg standard, thus blazing the trail for Chinese egg brands

    The first company to enter modern channels

    DQY Ecological packaged eggs were the first to enter CSF Market system and then entered various major supermarkets in Beijing in succession, symbolizing that Chinese branded eggs officially entered the modern retail channels

  • 2002

    The first company to establish modern farms

    DQY Ecological took the lead in establishing modern farms with cage rearing, and established efficient laying hen feeding management, feed nutrition, epidemic prevention and environmental control systems

  • 2003

    The first company to fight SARS

    Thanks to superior product quality, 100% of DQY Ecological products were purchased by the government for the frontline fight against SARS, providing good sources of nutrition to nurses on the frontline and helping Beijing win the fight against SARS

  • 2004

    The first company to start large-scale breeding

    DQY Ecological had 0 50 million chickens in stock, the largest single chicken farm in China at hat time

  • 2005

    The first company to start the 010 program

    DQY Ecological started its egg science popularization and promotion program targeting children, with 100,000 young children and parents receiving popular science education each year

  • 2006

    The first company to engage in international cooperation

    DQY Ecological conducted cooperation with global suppliers from the US, Denmark, the Netherlands, Austria and UK on biological research and development, equipment manufacturing, food nutrition and other aspects.

  • 2007

    The first Chinese company to export its products to Hong Kong

    DQY Ecological is the first mainland egg brand sold in Hong Kong and has been supplying its egg products to Hong Kong for more than a decade, passing several thousands of tests by Hong Kong customs.

  • 2008

    The first company to win the world championship of egg products

    DQY Ecological became the designated egg supplier to Beijing Olympics and won the global crystal egg award at the International Egg Commission (IEC) Shanghai Annual Conference.

  • 2009

    Innovated in establishing circular agriculture

    DQY Ecological pioneered a sustainable eco-agricultural model by establishing a world-leading circular economy model and realizing the cycle of eco-friendly breeding, food processing, clean energy, organic fertilizer, contract farming and organic planting.

  • 2010

    The first company to complete industry integration

    To ensure the quality of germplasm source, DQY Ecological established Huangshan Breeding Poultry Co., Ltd in 2010, thus realizing vertical integration of the industry chain and becoming an egg company dealing with both grandparent and parent breeding.

  • 2011

    The first company to explore deep processing of eggs

    In order to allow consumers to eat eggs more conveniently and happily, DQY Ecological developed and marketed deep processed egg products such as marinated egg and dried egg under the leadership of the National Egg Engineering Research Center.

  • 2012

    The first Chinese company to export technologies to the US

    Whiling accompanying the then Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping to visit the US, DQY Ecological participated in the China-US entrepreneurs symposium, where DQY Ecological signed a cooperation agreement with US-based Smithfield as a signatory representative, whereby exported technologies help the US company solve pig manure recycling and utilization issues with its 260 pig farms.

    The first company to bring forward the cloud farming idea

    DQY Ecological brought forward the cloud farming idea and development model nationwide for the first time at the Animal Husbandry Expo in Henan.

  • 2014

    The first company to research Tibetan chicken breed conservation

    DQY Ecological took the lead in researching breed conservation, breeding propagation and commercialization of children species populations unique to China, in an effort to ensure the gene pool of chicken species of Chinese nation maintains a complete continuation and guarantee the breeding of high-quality improved varieties.

  • 2015

    The first company to pioneer a new approach to poverty alleviation

    DQY Ecological introduced the cloud farming model into China’s cause of poverty alleviation and development and established a poverty alleviation model based on return on assets with dozens of impoverished counties across the country.

  • 2016

    The first company to practice intelligent agriculture

    DQY Ecological’s first young henhouse in Wei County Eco-Park realized engineering technology implementation of internet of things, allowing key hardware parameters of henhouse to be managed at mobile terminals.

  • 2017

    Won the national poverty alleviation innovation award

    Through deliberations at the 20th plenary session of the State Council Leading Group of Poverty Alleviation and Development, DQY won the “2017 national poverty alleviation innovation award”.

  • 2018

    Selected into the 50 base cases of targeted poverty alleviation by Chinese enterprises

    DQY Ecological was written into the “Excellent Cases of Targeted Poverty Alleviation by Chinese Enterprises (2018)” jointly selected by the Social Poverty Alleviation Division of SCLGOPAD and China Social Responsibility 100 Forum.

  • 2019

    Became a partner of China’s space industry

    DQY Ecological officially signed a partnership agreement with China Space Foundation.

  • 2020

    Established 25 poverty-alleviating chicken farms to help local communities win the decisive fight against poverty.

    As of 2020, DQY Ecological set up 25 poverty-alleviating chicken farms to help local communities win the decisive fight against poverty, while at the same time driving nearly 260,000 registered impoverished people out of poverty.
